We ship with the Austrian Post and charge EUR 6 shipping costs for each package within Austria. Delivery is free for shopping cart values of €50 for Austria or €100 for EU and international. You will receive a shipping confirmation in which you can track your shipment. In the email, please click on "View my order" and then on the tracking number shown above. You will be redirected to the post office's website and can track your shipment. Please frank return packages sufficiently yourself. Our packages are sent with the Austrian Post.

If your payment is late, VALWEN has the right to charge the legally permitted amount of interest on arrears and, if applicable, additional processing costs. VALWEN reserves the right to restrict certain payment methods if the address and credit check have a negative result.

The "immediate bank transfer" and "direct debit" service is provided by Klarna and available only for orders from Austria and Germany. You can pay safely via direct transfer with your usual online banking. VALWEN can therefore neither access the data you have entered nor your account. The merchandise remains property of VALWEN by immi Store e.U until payment in full.

The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. For this reason, when ordering online, we allow you to return unworn pieces of jewelry within 30 days. The period for online orders of goods begins on the day of the order date from the customer.

The prerequisite for this is the unused and resalable condition of the goods. If this is not provided, we reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement of the purchase price if necessary. CAUTION! Please note that a return is only possible if the security seal has not been removed from the jewelry.

In case this condition is not provided we reserve the right for retention of the purchase price.

Please note: To make a valid return you need the invoice of your purchase. There will also be an invoice and a return form inside your package. You must fill out the form before sending it back.

Please make sure to attach your return receipt and that your package is ensured.

The warranty for defects caused by improper handling, incorrect use, use of unsuitable accessories, improper modifications or intervention in the item, force majeure or wear and tear as a result of overuse is also excluded. The warranty expires if the customer or a third party not authorized by us has made changes or repairs to the goods.
