We offer our customers a 14-day right of return from delivery of the shipment. For deliveries abroad, please stamp the return package sufficiently yourself. We cannot accept unfranked or underfranked parcels. Please note that we can only take back the goods in their original packaging, unused and in the original shipping box. If you have discovered defects in the goods, please contact us directly at shop@valwen.at
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Once we receive the goods, they will be processed according to our return policy, after which the corresponding purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Our jewelry is security sealed prior to shipment. Provided, the design allows it (this is not applicable to hoops, open rings and ear cuffs). A return can only be accepted if it occurs within the set time period and the goods are in faultless and unworn condition with the security seal (if applicable) still intact. If this is not the case, we are unable to make a refund and the jewelry will consequently returned to you.
If your jewelry arrives in a damaged condition or you want to make a complaint, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (info@valwen.at) by attaching images and the respective order number. We will inform you about the further procedure via mail.
- Place the items you want to return in the original shipping box and tape it carefully.
- Make sure that your package has sufficient postage before sending it (trackable and insured) to:
