We ship with the Austrian Post and charge EUR 6 shipping costs for each package within Austria. Delivery is free for shopping cart values of €30 for Austria or 60 for EU and international ( USA, Germany, Australia, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, South Korea, Netherlands, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, Ireland, Spain, Israel, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Canada, Malaysia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore and New Zealand). You will receive a shipping confirmation in which you can track your shipment. In the email, please click on "View my order" and then on the tracking number shown above. You will be redirected to the post office's website and can track your shipment. Please frank return packages sufficiently yourself. Our packages are sent with the Austrian Post.

Shipping is handled by Österreichische Post AG (Austria & Germany) or DHL Express (international shipping).

All shipments sent by VALWEN are generally insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance cover expires as soon as you have received your parcel or it has been handed over with a deposit permit or as part of a contactless delivery.

Due to the current situation, different delivery options are offered in different countries. We therefore ask for your understanding that, for a contactless delivery, a package is also deemed to have been successfully delivered if the delivery person signs it or if it is placed in a pick-up station or pick-up box.

Delivery will be within 2-5 business days within Austria, 5-7 business days within the EU, If the delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects to within 7 days. If this reporting deadline is missed, no further claims for compensation can be made.

We offer our customers a 14-day right of return from delivery of the shipment. For deliveries abroad, please stamp the return package sufficiently yourself. We cannot accept unfranked or underfranked parcels. Please note that we can only take back the goods in their original packaging, unused and in the original shipping box. Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Once we receive the goods, they will be processed according to our return policy, after which the corresponding purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
